Key Responsibilities Content Development
Write high-quality blog content that educates users, improves SEO performance, and positions Brello as a trusted authority in health and wellness.
Develop conversion-focused copy for landing pages, websites, and funnels.
Create email campaigns across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, nurture, promotions, cart abandonment, retention, and re‑engagement.
Write compliant SMS copy that is concise, clear, and action-oriented.
Draft in‑app and customer-facing notifications aligned with user intent and product journeys.
Performance & Optimization
Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to align copy with campaign goals and business priorities.
Optimize copy using performance data such as A/B tests, CTRs, open rates, and conversion metrics.
Iterate quickly based on analytics, user feedback, and experiment results.
Maintain editorial calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Brand & Collaboration
Uphold Brello’s brand voice — empathetic, expert‑led, empowering, simple, and solution‑oriented.
Translate complex or regulated health topics into clear, user-friendly, and trustworthy messaging.
Work cross‑functionally with design, UX, product, growth, and compliance partners.
Contribute to messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and campaign ideation.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within health, wellness, telehealth, SaaS, or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
Proven experience writing conversion‑focused landing pages and website, email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, SEO‑driven blog content, and compliance‑safe marketing copy.
Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable performance impact (engagement, conversion, revenue).
Excellent command of grammar, tone, clarity, and persuasion.
Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals with a conversion‑first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with regulated health or telehealth brands.
Familiarity with SMS compliance standards (TCPA, CTIA) and email deliverability best practices.
Prior collaboration with UX designers, CRO teams, or performance marketers.

Remote‑first work environment (U.S.-based)
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off
Direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
Opportunity to own and shape Brello’s voice at scale
