We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Assurance Technician to join our growing team in Pooler, GA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or food production environment who is passionate about maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures, and documentation Inventory management and attention to detail Conduct hazard analyses and identify critical control points and preventive measures Monitor production and quality processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and GFSI standards Perform routine inspections, audits, and verification procedures Investigate quality concerns and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Maintain accurate QA records, reports, and documentation Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure product quality and food safety compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts Qualifications 1–3 years of related quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Experience Manufacturing experience: 1+ year preferred QA/Food Safety experience with GMP, HACCP, and GFSI: 1+ year required Schedule Full-time 8-hour shift Why Join Us?
