Providing essential administrative support to Sales Managers and Account Executives, the full-time Sales Assistant will assist in the complete sales process, including data research, proposal creation, and order management in a hybrid/remote work environment. Key responsibilities
Assist in the sales process by conducting data research, creating sales proposals, and managing order entries and revisions Facilitate copy production and ensure client spot approval while collaborating with the traffic department Prepare various reports and maintain updated station information for sales presentations
Required qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace Minimum of two years of related work experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in media sales High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred Knowledge of sales and media software, such as WideOrbit and vCreative, is preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
