Initiate, build, and maintain existing and new distribution channels (advisors, consultants, brokers, HCM vendor relationships, private equity, etc.) Drive top‑of‑funnel revenue through distribution and partner channel relationships Execute the HCM Unlocked sales process to sell technology implementation, optimization, and utilization services Manage territory and partner assignments to deliver revenue results Partner with external and internal partners to deliver exceptional service and technology delivery Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Minimum of 5 years HCM selling experience with a successful track record Proven track record of building top‑of‑funnel pipeline Met or exceeded annual revenue goals and achieved organizational Presidents Club or similar Experience initiating, managing, and growing channel distribution partners, such as brokers Experience working with an external partner ecosystem Demonstrates tenacity to deliver and execute on results Adaptability; manage through change Ownership of territory management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Our Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace
