Qualifications and competencies required:
Native level of English, German and French languages (Spoken/Written), Preferably good command of Japanese language
Ability to use MS-Office (ex. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) to do the works above
Flexible with business trips in Switzerland, overtime and weekends working
Permanent Residence Permit (C) or Long Term Residence Permit (B) is needed for non-Swiss nationals
Work Schedule:
7 hours and 15 minutes a day from Monday to Friday, except holidays for the Embassy
Starting date:
1st Working day of August 2026 (3 August 2026)
Contract:
2 year contract with the option of renewal. The contract is renewed by mutual agreement every 2 years.
