Job Title : ServiceNOW Solutions Architect.
Location:
Chantilly, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
Must be a subject matter expert on ServiceNOW (SNOW) and all its modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM and SPM.
Extensive solutions architecture experience with SNOW.
The role will analyze high-level requirements and make recommendations on the appropriate SNOW module and functionality that best meets the need.
They will help manage and update the SNOW roadmap.
Excellent communications skills are needed. They will need to be able to speak to and understand business requirements, and convey information about solution assessments to business users and executives.
Will provide executive reporting on the SNOW pipeline, assessments, and recommendations.
Experience and ability to work in a multi-vendor environment.
