Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) for hardware projects ensuring traceability and configuration control.
Perform component compatibility reviews
Conduct work in an Electro
Static Discharge (ESD) laboratory, including following standard operating procedures, safety protocols.
Collaborate with Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Design Engineers to resolve document
related issues, drive design improvements, and streamline manufacturing processes.
Basic Qualifications for Engineer Hardware 1
Strong knowledge of wire
harness design, BOM management.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross
disciplinary collaboration.
Familiarity with the design and integration of SATCOM ground terminals, RF
over
Fiber, high
power transmitters, and antennas.
Develop and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Exchange (BOE), and Statements of Work (SOW) for hardware projects, ensuring traceability and configuration control.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across team boundaries.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications for Engineer Hardware 1
Familiarity with Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) laboratories, including standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with J STD 001 ICT and Space Applications Electronic Hardware.
Demonstrated understanding of Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) and troubleshooting activities.
