The ideal candidate will have an established network of independent retailers and a proven track record of generating substantial sales through strong relationship-building and in-person engagement. This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road meeting clients./ph3Essential Job Responsibilities/h3ulliLeverage existing relationships within the fine jewelry industry to open new accounts and drive repeat sales./liliTravel extensively to meet with independent retailers and CBG members, host trunk shows, and attend industry events./liliCurate tailored assortments based on each retailers customer base and buying patterns./liliDeliver persuasive and knowledgeable presentations of fine jewelry collections./liliMaintain consistent follow-up and account support to strengthen long-term partnerships./liliIdentify and develop new sales opportunities nationwide without territorial limitations./liliCommunicate client feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to the leadership team./li/ulh3Candidate Attributes Include/h3ulliA robust black book of fine jewelry retail contacts./liliStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills./liliAbility to work independently while meeting aggressive sales targets./liliExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills./liliHigh level of professionalism and ability to represent a luxury brand./liliStrong merchandising skills and the ability to tailor assortments for diverse markets./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum five years experience in fine jewelry sales with independent retailers and/or CBG members./liliProven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a commission-based role./liliAbility and willingness to travel 70% or more of the time throughout the U.S./liliBachelors degree a plus but not required./liliMust have recent experience as a Independent Sales Representative (or in a comparable traveling sales capacity) with an established book of business. Candidates with only retail floor and no travel or territory management background will not be considered./li/ulh3Working Conditions/Environment/h3pLocation: Remote within the U.S. with frequent travel required./ph3Compensation/h3ulliBase Salary: $75,000 to $100,000, depending on the candidates experience, relationships, and transferable book of business./liliCommission: 3% of paid net new sales from eligible independent retail accounts, calculated on net collected sales and excluding returns, credits, cancellations, and unpaid invoices./liliAll approved travel expenses reimbursed (hotel, transportation, etc.)/li/ulh3Benefits
