Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62 K-80K/yr Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available At OptiMindHealth, we are looking for compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our team to provide high-quality mental health care services. We offer excellent compensation, benefits, training/supervision, and flexibility whether working remotely or in our physical offices. Our compensation packages include: Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. 401K with maximum employee matching. Health care benefits. Generous paid vacation and sick leave time. Paid administrative time for consultation, supervision, and documentation. Full administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to pass a background check. Additional Qualifications (not essential): Experience in mental health practice settings. Current insurance network credentialing. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency. Specialty area of practice.
