Summary Under the direction of Talent Acquisition leadership, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and screening qualified applicants to develop an ongoing pipeline of passive and active candidates using key sourcing techniques. This role enhances applicant candidate pools, improves hiring productivity, and provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Essential Functions Talent Sourcing Engage in talent sourcing activities to identify passive and active talent for LifeBridge Health.
Work with Talent Acquisition Consultants to identify candidate requirements and expectations, ensuring a high level of candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Source candidates through traditional and creative techniques, building talent pipelines that include passive talent re‑engagement, talent community engagement, and pipeline management using tools such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM, social media, and Emissary.
Research industry competitors and build market knowledge targets to understand talent markets, contributing to diverse candidate slates.
Support outreach for key initiatives such as referrals and rehires.
Develop and maintain go‑to‑market strategies in addition to Talent Acquisition Consultant Sourcing efforts.
Recruitment Marketing
Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to support audit efforts for external market postings and creative job posting enhancements.
Coordinate internal and external recruitment events, including virtual hiring events and outside hiring events.
Support recruitment marketing efforts, including content creation, flyer and social media generation, and vendor partner strategy for platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, and AppCast.
Hiring Event Support
Participate in recruitment events to introduce LifeBridge Health to potential candidates.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with community partners, and college and university offices to generate applicants.
Collaborate with TA Consultants, Workforce Development, LBH Councils, and leadership to execute job and career fairs.
Talent Acquisition Admin Support
Track candidate pipeline, submittals, hires, and sourcing activity, and share data with TA leadership.
Support audit efforts for external market postings and creative job posting enhancements.
Provide timely follow‑up on candidate status and maintain regular updates between sourcing and hiring staff.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with specialized field knowledge.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient computer skills, including intermediate Excel, and experience operating systems such as an Applicant Tracking System, HRIS, and other recruitment sourcing tools.
