Role Description
Vertical Extraction: You’ll take one 10-40 minute 4K video and process it into 3–5 high-signal clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Native Optimization: You’ll handle the final 10% of manual polish that AI tools miss, like timing on-screen captions and audio cues to keep people from scrolling past.
Tools: You should be proficient with tools like OpusClip or Munch to move fast, but you’ll apply a manual override to ensure the technical depth of the brand stays intact.
(Optional, we can discuss this aspect further based on qualifications) YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Management: You’ll manage each channel, optimize titles for search, and design thumbnails that use relevant hooks to get clicks.
Qualifications
Expertise in Content Operations and Content Management
Experience with Video Production and Video-on-Demand (VOD) workflows
Ability to work independently
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to media production
Previous experience in real estate or technical industries is a plus
