Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and thats where you come in./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist in admission, discharge or transfer of residents./liliTake and record weights and vital signs as assigned./liliAssist residents in maintaining all activities of daily living (personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, foot nail care, skins care, dressing, range of motion, toileting, transfers, appointments, etc.)/liliPass meal trays and assist residents as needed with meals, feed if required, as well as ice water as assigned./liliEscort residents to meals, activities, and appointments as necessary./liliAnswer call bells in a timely manner and safety rounds, as required./liliKeep residents room(s) and service areas clean, orderly and safe./liliDistribute and change linens as needed./liliCommunicate change in resident condition to licensed staff./liliComplete documentation in the Electronic Health Record along with other related documentation./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMust possess High School Diploma or equivalent/liliMust possess DE State C.N.A. certification/liliAt least 6 months previous experience in a CNA is desired but not required/li/ul/div
