Be a key contributor to the technical implementation and lifecycle management of data classification and sensitivity labeling across Microsoft 365, on-premises, supported SaaS applications and endpoints. Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, endpoints, and supported SaaS applications; validate effectiveness via testing and metrics. Own and execute eDiscovery end to end using Archive360 and Microsoft Purview: legal holds, content search, exports, and process improvements with Legal and HR. Triage insider threat alerts, contribute to case building, and assist with handoffs to Legal and HR. Implement AI security controls for enterprise AI usage (copilot, AI agents, and AI enabled integrations/applications) Assist in day-to-day administration and optimization of email security controls including policies, firewall, spam detection, and email authentication Requirements:
College Degree or equivalent 6 years related experience Expert technical knowledge Knowledge of industry regulations Ability to lead and coordinate the team activities of others Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures Able to work in and lead a team Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
