Proven 5+ years of experience leading a dynamic outside/in-home sales team Demonstrated passion for mentoring and developing sales employees Ability to adapt between leading in the field and working remotely Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills High energy, strong work ethic, and contagious enthusiasm Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Benefits:
