Direct sales, business development, and service account management functions for UPM NA merchant partners Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer commitments are met Increase internal market intelligence by understanding end-user needs and market feedback Create customer satisfaction by exhibiting a drive to exceed customer expectations Engage in new business development to include lead generation, qualification, and development Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field Preferably have paper-related experience At least 5 years' sales or similar experience Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Skilled in selling and negotiating and able to think strategically Experience with sales and business-related systems and tools (i.e. SalesForce) Benefits:
