We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to support our highly specialized Level III NICU team in Fresno, CA. Join one of California’s premier perinatal care centers and help lead compassionate, high-quality care for critically ill and premature infants.
*#healthcare2026*Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily NICU operations and patient care coordination
* Lead and mentor nursing staff in a fast-paced NICU environment
* Drive quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
* Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
* Assist with staff development, scheduling, and performance management
Qualifications:
* BSN or MSN required
* Current California RN license required
* BLS certification (AHA) required
* NRP required within 90 days of hire
* NICRNC certification required within 6 months of hire
* Previous NICU leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Additional Details:
* Full-time exempt leadership role
* 8-hour shifts
* Relocation assistance available
