role prefers candidates in
San Diego
for once-monthly in-person meetings. Handle
fire litigation & social media cases , working closely with public entities like county and city counsel. What You'll Do:
Manage cases from start to settlement. Draft dispositive motions in complex litigation matters. Attend depositions, assess damages, and support senior associates. Interface with public entities and lead discussions. Travel
30-45 days/year
as needed for client and trial matters. What You Need:
3+ years of litigation experience,
ideally plaintiff-side. Strong case management skills and autonomy. Excellent advocacy and communication skills. Public entity experience a plus. Salary:
$125K-$175K + substantial bonuses annually based on merit and firm performance. Benefits:
