You will not only build — you will
drive solutions forward , make decisions, and ensure what gets delivered works in real operational environments.
What you’ll do
Own problems end-to-end: from initial understanding to production and iteration
Design and build solutions across the stack with a focus on simplicity, scalability, and impact
Translate real operational needs into working systems
Identify root causes and solve problems at the system level
Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to reduce friction
Contribute to product and technical decisions, not just execution
Use AI as part of your daily workflow to build faster, debug more effectively, and optimize systems
Ensure reliability, performance, and clarity in everything you deliver
What we’re looking for
Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building real, production-level systems
Ability to work across different layers of the stack
Product mindset: you understand problems, make trade-offs, and focus on outcomes
High ownership and accountability for results
Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities
Ability to structure and simplify complex problems
Experience or strong inclination to use AI as a core part of your work
Clear communication and ability to operate autonomously while staying aligned
Technical experience (relevant but not limiting):
Designing and working with APIs (REST or similar), with clear service boundaries
Experience with asynchronous or event-driven systems (queues, messaging, etc.)
Working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and modern deployment practices
