Are you a master on the phone? We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator and Marketing Specialist for a local HVAC company to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls, use client databases for outbound phone, mail, text, and email campaigns, and ensure all customers are taken care of. This position requires a high volume of outbound calls each day. Our team strives to effectively dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator, have phone sales experience, and is able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Follow up on sales leads and lists, outstanding proposals and repair quotes. Manage multiple, ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment. Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, to both new and existing customers. Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue. Makes every effort to compress call scheduling, effectively maximizing productivity and revenue. Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window. Re-schedules appointment times at client's convenience as necessary. Strictly adheres to the "Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule" to ensure the right technician is sent to the right appointment. Shares responsibility to ensure that all technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time. Debriefs with technicians upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues.
Minimum requirements include outbound lead calling experience, high school diploma or equivalent, good computer software skills, fast typing with experience in data entry, proficient in English (oral and written), outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, active listener with excellent communication skills.
