Job Description
Schedule:
Traditional work week, M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time plus possible hospital consults and rounding.
Call:
After hours ENT and facial trauma call shared with other eligible members of ENT provider community.

Requirements:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Otolaryngology or obtain certification within 3 years;
• Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC- Boise/Nampa and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed;
• Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
