Orthodontist

As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will provide comprehensive orthodontic care within a growing network of affiliated dental practices dedicated to expanding access to high-quality dental services across the US. You will manage a diverse patient population, performing thorough orthodontic evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering a full scope of modern orthodontic therapies, including traditional braces, clear aligners, and interceptive treatments for children and adolescents. Working in the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will focus on exceptional clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and efficient, evidence-based care. In this role, you will interpret diagnostic records such as digital impressions, photographs, cephalometric and panoramic radiographs to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. You will place, adjust, and remove orthodontic appliances, monitor treatment progress, and ensure that each patient and family clearly understands their care plan, financial responsibilities, and expected outcomes. You will work closely with general dentists, hygienists, and other specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment, contributing to a seamless patient experience across the continuum of care. You will help mentor and guide clinical and support staff in orthodontic best practices, reinforce strict infection control and safety protocols, and uphold all regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
