• Responsible for ensuring smooth development of peripheral tools for the new ERP system, overseeing the technical aspects of deploying new system modules
• Participate in software design activities, including creating system architectures and component designs
• Spearheading the implementation of a well-organized and automated production plan that caters to user requirements
• Proactively supporting change management through the establishment of documented quality processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, methodologies, and tools
