Stellenangebot

Wer Sie sind

  • Fluent in Swiss-German and English
  • Experience in operating internal network infrastructure from a service provider perspective
  • Knowledge of service provider and enterprise technologies such as xDSL, WAN/LAN, data center routing and switching protocols, MPLS-VPN, and Firewalls
  • Experience with Cisco equipment (Cisco CCNA certification is a plus)
  • Proficiency in WAN/LAN protocols, routing, Ethernet/Switching, VLAN, and SDN
  • Excellent documentation skills

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Designing, deploying, and supporting customer access equipment on the network side
  • Communicating with customers via email and phone to provide third-level support and gather initial requirements for new installations
  • Administering and supporting internal and customer firewall environments according to IT security policies
  • Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects for optimization
  • Upgrading data network equipment to the latest firmware releases
  • Configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Providing remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation and fault management
