Wer Sie sind

Min 4+ years of experience in backend development
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (min 1+ years working with it)
Fluent in English (C1) but STRONG PLUS if you also speak French
Good experience with developing APIs
Good usage of Git, Scrum flow
Strong pluses: PostgreSQL, CI/CD, APIs, financial background/experience

Ihre Aufgaben

Work directly with the Ruby Tech Lead and the CTO
Development on Rails applications for the future features as well as improvement of the current ones
Designing the architecture of the IT system
Writing qualitative and clean code
Taking part in strategic company discussions
Coordinating closely with the rest of the departments in understanding the needs, challenges, new needed features, etc.
