Our hiring company is a booming startup active within the MedTech industry. They created a job offer for a Quality Assurance & Scrum Specialist to integrate into their teams in Lausanne, Switzerland location. As a QA Specialist you will cross-functionally collaborate with the entire team. You will be in charge of supporting the software engineering and marketing team in planning and maintaining the quality testing of their medically certified software. As Scrum Master you provide the process structure and a smooth / hassle-free environment for the software engineering team to effectively deliver their work.

Stellenangebot

Wer Sie sind

  • Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent)
  • Professional experience: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Scrum master certification of proven experience in software development driven environments
  • Good knowledge of managed and non-managed Cloud services providers (AWS, MS Aure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, Jelastic Cloud, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of modern software architectures
  • Nice-to-have: healthcare / medical experience
  • Excellent soft skills

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and manage a set of systems and manual test protocols to ensure the quality standards of their solutions
  • Manage and oversee the required medical certification documentation
  • Oversee and conduct necessary tests in each delivery cycle internally or by managing partners
  • Act as Scrum Master: plan sprints, refine backlogs and manage tasks
  • Collaborate with different technical, clinical and business partners
