The hiring company is an international company specialised into the digital Customer Experience. As they are growing, they are looking for a Solution Engineer with Genesys knowledge to join their team remotely from Switzerland or in their Zurich office. The salary range for this position is CHF100-160K / year (depending on the experience).

Stellenangebot
Wer Sie sind
- Fluent English (C1+), knowledge of French and/or German is a big plus
- First experience or knowledge on Genesys mandatory
- Experience with building and design of ICT solutions
- Client oriented, good communication skills and eager to learn new technologies
Ihre Aufgaben
- Plan, integrate and expand complex ICT systems based on Genesys technologies for the customers
- Conduct workshops and needs analysis
- Concept, design and feasibility studies of contact centre solutions
- Coordinate and manage customer projects
- Cooperation with internal and external project managers and partners, and ensuring the company quality standards
