The company we are recruiting for is a very attractive company in Switzerland, specialising in micro payments. Their strength? Due to their activity they are looking for a Back-end Software Engineer to join their team based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is 110-140K CHF/year + shares (depending on the candidates profile and skills).

Wer Sie sind
- Strong experience in Python/Django/Flutter Development, as well as using relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Deep understanding of REST architecture and proven experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF)
- Practice in unit and integration tests. Knowledge in CI
- Fluent in English (French or Spanish are a plus)
- Great team worker, at ease in a multidisciplinary team, able to understand, propose and convince
- DevOps, Architecture, Node.js, Data science, or payments experiences, a plus
Ihre Aufgaben
- Improve and collaborate on an existing codebase
- Participate in code reviews with other 5 sr Backend Developers and practice test-driven software development
- Perform development tasks as needed, with a focus in streamlining operations (transactions, settlements, reconciliations, risk management, reporting, data science…)
- Build the stack, keeping yourself updated on what's really great (not just hype). Learn from your peers and show them great stuff too
- Bring your experience to the operations team. Analysis and specify business needs, propose solutions going beyond expectations
