All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!* Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.* Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.* No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.* Opportunities for rewards and recognition.* Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Shift options are 11:30-8pm EST, 12:30-9pm EST, or 1:30-10 EST. This schedule can be expected for aminimum of 6 months before consideration for another shift.* All computer equipment is provided. You must be able to maintain department. Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.### Qualifications* 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.* Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales* Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers* Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills* Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency* Property and Casualty License required after hire.### About UsPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
