Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of complex construction projects on behalf of our clients, with a focus on renewable energy projects such as PV, wind, and BESS, while also supporting Technicas growth into data centres and other technically demanding infrastructure projects. The successful candidate has solid experience with construction management and will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring high quality and safety compliance. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This role combines strategic project coordination with operational site execution, ensuring both planning and field implementation are aligned for successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality. Coordinate and follow-up with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction. Monitor site progress, resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and progress updates. Ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety and environmental regulations. Work closely with the Project Manager to provide updates on site activities, risks, and potential delays. Support the procurement process by ordering additional materials in advance to mitigate delays. Support the handover process at project completion, ensuring that all client requirements are met. Qualifications: A strong track record with at least 2 years of experience in managing construction sites, preferably from EPC projects within the PV, wind, BESS, data centre, or other technically demanding infrastructure sectors. Knowledge of construction processes, site safety, quality management and project management. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate site teams. Proven experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities in the construction industry. Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to quickly identify and solve on-site issues efficiently. Proficient in using standard IT tools and software. Willingness to travel and work on-site approximately 200 days per year.
