Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated construction project manager to join our dynamic team at Coletta Contracting Co., Inc. As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the project team as well as planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing project budgets, creating detailed schedules and overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal execution.
• Conducting regular site inspections & meetings, reviewing construction plans and specifications, identifying potential risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them and verifying that all the work is performed to the highest quality standards.
