Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer, you will be part of the Professional Services department supporting various public sector clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Connect with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to achieve significant results.
Act as a trusted advisor on assigned customer accounts by providing onsite support as needed.
Resolve complex customer problems and drive the resolution of issues with engineering and other organizations.
Continuously learn and strengthen technical skills for relevant technical domains and adjacent technologies.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure operational excellence in service delivery.
What's Needed?
Typically requires a BS in Computer Science or equivalent plus 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking.
Deep understanding of key technologies and protocols in Enterprise Networking.
Professional R/S level certification (CCNP) or equivalent relevant certification like CCIE R/S and/or DevNet Professional.
Strong operational and consultancy experience with excellent communication skills.
Experience in troubleshooting complex scenarios within enterprise networking environments.
