Position Network Engineer
Essential Duties
Analyze client needs, market trends, and business requirements to design tailored IT solutions utilizing internet-related products and technologies.
Provide technical consultation and recommendations based on technical expertise and industry insights.
Manage pre-sales and post-sales technical projects, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, and telephony hardware/software (remote and on-site support, business travel as required).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across IT infrastructure, providing 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents (non-shift based).
Maintain and optimize network, server, and IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Support and maintain the company’s backbone network in the U.S. region in coordination with global network teams.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute the rollout of new products and services, including network security solutions.
Manage strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Lead and mentor junior engineers throughout project implementation and operational support.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide regular project status reports to management.
Conduct product research, market analysis, and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

Salary, Benefit $55-$90K

Qualifications Maintain the following latest standards of technologies to provide appropriate IT-solutions to meet the customer’s requirement.
Microsoft, Citirx, VMware and other major software vendor's product.
Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and other major network vendor’s devices.
Unix/Linux, Windows server operation and maintenance.
Security software and solutions for servers and PCs.
Local and Wide Area Network technologies.
Virtualization and storage technologies.
