Détails du poste:

Poste à temps plein de jour
-
Horaires variables, incluant une (1) fin de semaine sur cinq (5).
Tes principales responsabilités :
-
Assurer un service d’entretien professionnel, efficace et aligné avec les standards de la résidence.
-
Encadrer ton équipe au quotidien et maintenir une image soignée des lieux.
-
Utiliser les outils et méthodes modernes pour organiser les tâches et optimiser les interventions.
-
Gérer les priorités, coordonner les travaux et collaborer avec les autres services.
-
Veiller à l’entretien préventif et recommander des améliorations au besoin.
-
Représenter le service avec dynamisme lors des interactions avec les résidents et les fournisseurs.
-
Répondre rapidement aux situations urgentes et soutenir ton équipe sur le terrain.
Ce que tu apportes :

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en entretien ou en gestion d’équipe ainsi qu’un DEP en entretien général d’immeuble ou une formation équivalente.

Une motivation à te démarquer par la qualité de ton travail et ton sens du service.

Une aisance à utiliser les outils et approches qui améliorent l’efficacité et la coordination.

Une communication engageante et professionnelle avec les résidents et les collègues.
