The Customer Concierge & Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests at Genesis of Cherry Hill. This role combines the welcoming and hospitality aspects of a concierge with the detailed coordination responsibilities of a delivery specialist. From performing vehicle deliveries and re-connects to participating in sales and marketing activities, this position ensures an exceptional customer experience while representing the Genesis brand.
Key Responsibilities Customer Concierge Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly as they enter the showroom, providing a 5-star welcome experience. Assist with inquiries and guide guests to the appropriate department or team member. Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with the luxury brand. Cover the front desk when not busy with deliveries or re-connects. Assist with showroom events, special promotions, and customer gifts.
Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities: Perform deliveries, including: Vehicle presentation. Genesis Connected App installation. Electrify America App installation (if applicable). Service presentation and orientation.
Use the Delivery Checklist App for 100% of deliveries. Perform re-connect appointments in person or via phone to review vehicle features and answer customer questions. Follow up with previous deliveries and offer or schedule re-connect appointments. Check the Delivery App report daily and complete any pending delivery records. Assist service customers by clarifying difficult-to-understand vehicle features. Help with remote deliveries when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing Support: Participate in the sales process when needed by answering customer questions, conducting vehicle presentations, and performing test drives. Represent the Genesis brand at marketing events and golf tournaments, ensuring proper display and customer engagement. Support daily sales activities by performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
