At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Head of Client Services to lead our talented team within Gallagher Group Insurance in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. This role is based on a hybrid working model, with two days a week in the office and three days working remotely. You’ll be joining a well-established team with a strong foundation, ready for its next phase of growth and innovation. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding client service. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our client service strategy, driving growth, and enhancing our client offerings. By championing operational excellence and compliance, you’ll ensure we maintain our reputation for delivering best-in-class solutions.

• Leadership experience in the insurance industry or a specialist market.
• The ability to build trust and credibility with clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Experience in managing team performance metrics to drive results.
