  • BN Influencer, which enables brands to transform their employees and fans into influencers to create authentic social content on the brand's behalf, all while abiding by brand safety standards.
  • BN Ads, our in-house media agency that has worked with Fortune 500 clients for over 10 years.
  • BN Innovate, our tech innovation hub partners with social platforms and brands including American Express, Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Pinterest, and create technologies that sit on top of their ad buying platforms, and solve business objectives with our tech expertise.

BN has offices in Rochester, NYC, Boston, Bentonville, Kansas City, Hyderabad, and Sydney in addition to Augeo's offices across the country.

We're looking for a strategic and user-focused Product Manager to join our team. You'll play a key role in driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of key products that support our clients' employee generated content goals. You'll work cross-functionally with design, software engineering, marketing, and client success to build solutions that are innovative, scalable, and drive real value for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for one or more key initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and data into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases.
  • Communicate product updates and strategic priorities to leadership, stakeholders, and client-facing teams.
  • Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform iterative improvements and future development.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer and maintain a high standard of UX.
  • Ensure product documentation is clear, accurate, and kept up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing all stages of the product lifecyclefrom discovery to launch to iteration.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and trade-offs.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like SQL or Looker to explore product performance.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering elegant, intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience with social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) or media buying tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and other modern product development tools.

Pay Rate: $120,000-$155,000 base salary

Base salary is determined by several factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. These factors are considered when making an offer of employment. If you are interested in this position and salary range, we'd ask that you apply.
