Your job is to understand them well enough that what we build, and how we price it, actually moves their business.
You're the product subject matter expert across everything we sell. Websites, SEO, SEM, brand reputation, and whatever the next chapter looks like. You bring the read, the evidence, and the point of view. The roadmap is yours once we've agreed on direction.
There's no playbook waiting. You're here to write it.
Five to seven years in product. Ideally digital media, online growth, or brand reputation. Adtech, martech, and SaaS count if you've been close to the work.
You read the market as a habit. When something shifts, you see it before your team is discussing it. You know what a client needs before they do.
