Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in Kildare to recruit an HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving employee engagement, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional who enjoys working across both strategic and operational HR and is looking for a permanent position with genuine scope to influence and develop the people function.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all day-to-day HR operations across the business Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and employment legislation Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support learning and development initiatives and leadership development programmes Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture What We're Looking For: CIPD qualified with a degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline Proven HR management experience within a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices Excellent xyswxtq communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence at all levels If you're looking for a permanent HR leadership role where you can genuinely make a difference and help shape the future of a successful organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
