Key Responsibilities: Lead all day-to-day HR operations across the business Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and employment legislation Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support learning and development initiatives and leadership development programmes Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture What We're Looking For: CIPD qualified with a degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline Proven HR management experience within a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices Excellent xyswxtq communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence at all levels If you're looking for a permanent HR leadership role where you can genuinely make a difference and help shape the future of a successful organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
