Job Overview Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an Advanced Technology Quality Data Analyst for its Hartford, CT location. This hybrid role requires a U.S. citizen with a current DoD Secret clearance and involves up to 25% travel. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to connect, map, and integrate quality data across operations, quality, and engineering functions. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support informed design and decision‑making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute a digital connectivity strategy aligned with broader digital transformation goals. Leverage data analytics tools to analyze quality data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product design and manufacturing processes. Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure quality data is effectively utilized to inform design decisions and enhance product performance. Drive the development and implementation of processes and tools to continuously improve the collection, analysis, and application of quality data across the organization. What You Will Learn Leverage quality data to influence and optimize design decisions for aerospace components. Contribute to digital connectivity strategies that transform quality management in aerospace manufacturing. Solve complex challenges through cross‑functional collaboration. Use advanced analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Qualifications - Must Have Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years in data analytics, quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or a related field; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data mapping, and building digital systems connectivity. Experience with Solumina, SAP, Net Inspect and other quality platforms. Strong understanding of quality systems and their integration with engineering and manufacturing processes. Proficiency with data analysis tools and enterprise database systems. Qualifications - Preferred Knowledge or experience in aerospace manufacturing and inspection processes. Proficiency with QLIK, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms. Expertise in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis and integration. Experience with digital transformation projects within manufacturing or engineering environments. Strong organizational and project management skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives. Role Type & Work Arrangement This hybrid position requires a flexible balance of onsite and offsite work, with onsite presence determined in partnership with your leader. The role is U.S.-based and the salary range is USD 132,400–251,600.
