The Role Due to increased workload, they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to the team.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting multiple live projects, giving you excellent exposure across both contracting and development schemes.
Key responsibilities include: Managing costs across a portfolio of 1213 active projects Subcontractor procurement and management Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control Supporting project teams on commercial matters Variations, valuations, and final accounts Assisting with development-side cost planning (where applicable) Key Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Ideally 36+ years experience (flex depending on candidate) Experience in a main contractor or developer environment Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects Organised, proactive and capable of working independently Whats on Offer Cork-based role xyswxtq with hybrid flexibility Exposure to both contracting and development Strong pipeline and stable, growing business Close-knit team with direct access to senior decision-makers Real variety not stuck on a single project Why This Role Stands Out This is ideal for a QS who: Wants variety across multiple projects Is frustrated being stuck on one site/project Wants exposure to the developer side as well as contracting Values flexibility (hybrid working)
