The IT Application Analyst is responsible for the development, support, and implementation of solutions utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft SharePoint, and related functional areas. Key Responsibilities Aptitude for learning new tools and applications. Develop enhancements and solutions leveraging application platforms, including integrations. Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolutions. Document design, development work, and testing results. Perform IT testing. Perform regular health and performance checks. Leverage AI tools to promote efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, or another related field, and zero (0) to three (3) years of experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Zero (0) to three (3) years of IT application support and/or IT developer experience. Experience with Power BI and/or ServiceNow is a plus. Experience coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience working in small- to medium-sized companies (50 to 200 employees) with operations in multiple countries, or as a consultant serving customers of a similar business size. Exposure to AI tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issues. Excellent troubleshooting skills, including the aptitude to learn new technologies.
