ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
