Job Responsibilities
Communicate solution designs clearly using diagrams, documents, and verbal presentations to ensure shared understanding
Support senior architects by providing assessments and work‑effort estimates during project intake and planning processes
Build and maintain API integrations connecting GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, Salesforce, and D&B/Leadership Connect into the pursuit intelligence platform, owning all architecture decisions, data quality SLAs, and documentation
Support product lifecycle activities including requirement refinement and data design to align with business needs
Build and maintain the account scoring and tiering engine that ingests buying signals, incumbency data, and competitive inputs to produce real‑time Go/No‑Go scores for Capture Managers
Lead strategic, regulatory, and tactical software development lifecycle projects to deliver data architecture solutions
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Information Technology, Computer Science or Business (Required)
7‑10 years experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development, cloud data platform architecture (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake), and Salesforce CRM API integration in a production sales or BD environment. (Required)
7‑10 years progressive experience in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive presence. (Required)
7‑10 years experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions. (Required)
