Previous sales experience preferred
Construction, roofing, restoration, or exterior remodeling experience helpful but not required
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely
Responsibilities Sales & Customer Development
Conduct residential and commercial exterior inspections
Meet with homeowners to identify roofing, siding, gutter, window, and exterior improvement needs
Prepare and present proposals and project recommendations
Follow up on company‑generated leads and inquiries
Generate self‑sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship building
Educate customers on products, warranties, financing options, and project expectations
Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure successful project execution
Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after project completion
Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Business Development
Maintain an active sales pipeline using company CRM systems
Participate in community networking events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
Develop referral relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance professionals, property managers, and local businesses
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
