- Tier 1 Main Contractor | Dublin West Permanent | Large-Scale Residential (Apartments) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor and take full ownership of a major apartment development in Dublin West.
With a very strong pipeline of work secured for the next 3-5 years and beyond, this role offers long-term stability, exposure to flagship projects, and clear career progression within one of Ireland's most respected construction companies.
Role overview This is a hands-on Project Manager position, responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction and planning through to delivery and handover.
The role is ideally suited to a Project Manager with a strong residential background who has successfully delivered large-scale apartment or housing schemes for a main contractor or developer.
What you'll be doing Taking full responsibility for the delivery of a large-scale apartment project in Dublin West Managing programme, cost, quality, and safety from start to finish Leading site management teams and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Working closely with design teams, consultants, and client stakeholders Monitoring progress against programme and implementing corrective actions Ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, and Health & Safety requirements Reporting project performance to senior management What you'll bring Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor or developer Strong background delivering large-scale residential / apartment projects Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills High level of commercial awareness and programme management capability Degree in Civil xyswxtq Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (advantageous) Why join Very strong salary package, commensurate with experience Attractive benefits including bonus, transport, pension, and more Opportunity to deliver high-profile residential projects with full project ownership Exposure to a diverse pipeline including residential, commercial, and data centre projects Long-term career security with a Tier 1 contractor If you're a Project Manager seeking a senior, hands-on role with autonomy and long-term progression, this opportunity offers an excellent next step.
