to join our team on a
commission-only basis . This role is ideal for a self-starter who has an existing
rolodex of clients
and is passionate about connecting Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) with high-quality
Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services . You will play a key role in driving growth by introducing our solutions to your network and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Leverage your existing network of SMB clients to promote and sell Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams during the onboarding process. Track outreach efforts and sales pipeline through regular reporting. Qualifications: Must be
based in the USA . Must be comfortable working on a
commission-only compensation structure . Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client relationship management . Existing client base or network within the
SMB sector . Strong understanding of the value and application of Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
