The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, acting as liaison with external vendors.
- Develop and manage office budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain organized filing systems for various company documents.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Demonstrated experience managing office operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or reporting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSHA) and maintaining related documentation.
- Ability to coordinate or assist with event planning for employee recognition or company meetings.
- Experience managing vendor relationships for office supplies or facility services.
