We are currently looking for a Front Desk Supervisor with a strong ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as a good ability to manage priorities and make decisions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE

You will be an essential pillar of the team. Your role will make a real difference every day.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front desk operations: managing arrivals, departures, phone calls, as well as internal and external requests
  • Ensure the smooth execution of daily activities, upholding standards and maintaining exemplary service for all types of clientele
  • Coach, train and motivate a team by developing an approach focused on exceptional service
  • Implement concrete actions to promote the development and ongoing training of team members
  • Effectively manage sensitive situations and guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with management for scheduling, timesheet management and budget monitoring
  • Actively participate in process optimization to enhance the guest experience and team efficiency

THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • You have at least three (3) years of front desk supervisory experience in the hotel industry
  • You are recognized for your inspiring leadership, initiative and human approach
  • Coaching, mentoring and helping a team grow motivates you every day
  • You excel at managing priorities, even in high-traffic situations
  • You are proficient in hotel systems such as Opera or Hotello
  • You are bilingual (French and English), oral and written — required due to interactions with an international clientele
  • You are flexible in your availability (days, evenings, weekends)
