As our Market Sales Director, you’ll lead and inspire a talented sales team, drive strategic growth, and represent MillerKnoll — the world’s most recognized furniture brand — backed by AOI’s 40-year legacy of innovation, craftsmanship, and partnership.

What You’ll Do
Lead with vision: Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed performance goals.
Drive growth: Identify strategic sales opportunities and expand AOI’s client base.
Collaborate strategically: Partner with the Vice President of Furniture on forecasting, planning, and new initiatives.
Build relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, the A&D community, and key business leaders.
Engagement: Serve as our community ambassador, attending events in the Omaha business community through events, sponsorships, and A&D partnerships.
Leverage insight selling: Deliver impactful client presentations and proposals that communicate the AOI + Milleroll advantage.
Empower success: Monitor KPIs, manage CRM activity, and ensure process alignment across the sales function.
Solve challenges proactively: Address issues in real time with creative, solution-driven thinking.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership (B2B preferred).
Experience in commercial interiors, architecture, design, or construction preferred.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales management preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to execute.
Excellent communicator with strong business acumen and presentation skills.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability.
